The IPO distribution of Mahila Microfinance Financial Institution Limited will take place towards the end of this Friday (2077/11/14)

Securities Issuance and Sales Manager SBI Merchant Banking has stated that the IPO of Mahila Laghubitta is likely to be distributed by Friday or Saturday this year. The microfinance company had issued an IPO worth Rs 40 million with a face value of Rs 100 from February 12 to February 19. Out of the total 400,000 units, 5,000 units were allocated for employees and 20,000 units for collective investment funds. The general public has applied for the remaining 375,000 lots.

The IPO has received the highest number of applications from the public so far. According to CDS and Clearing, 60 times more applications have been received than the demand.

In this regard, the distribution of this IPO will also be through round robin. From the round, 37,500 lucky investors will get shares at the rate of 10 lots.
