1) Admin / HR Executive (2)

• Qualification: MBA
• Experience: 2-3 years

Job Description:

• Monitor and manage leave and attendance of staff
• Coordination with Labour Department & other regulatory bodies.
• Salary management and coordination with the workforce to best use employees' talents
• Resolve issues between management and employees
• Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff

2) Commercial Manager (2)

• Qualification: MBA
• Experience: 3-4 years

Job Description:

• Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Excellent negotiation capabilities
• Develop Pricing Structures, Billing & BOQ with analysis.
• Resolving contractual and commercial problems

3) Store Keeper (2)

• Experience: 2 years minimum

Job Description:

• Knowledge of computer (especially Microsoft Excel )
• Experience with Store Keeping ERP

4) Architect (2)

• Qualification: At least Bachelors
• Experience: 2-3 years

Job Description:

• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Design drawings of different types of buildings as per company requirements using AutoCAD.

5) Interior Designer (5)

• Qualification: At least Bachelors
• Experience: 2-3 years

Job Description:

• Overseeing design projects varying from industrial spaces to product design.
• Working closely with architects and constructors.
• Computer Skills: AutoCAD, 3D Max Studio, Photoshop, and related Design software.

6) Secretary to Director

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Experience: 3 years

Job Description:

• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Proficiency in MS Office & excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Nepali

7) Sr. Site Supervisor (3)

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Experience: 10 years

Job Description:

• Understanding client requirements and interfacing between clients and departments.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
• Should have preferably worked on the implementation of interiors for high-end projects
