Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferable Master's Degree in Management) from a recognized University/College
Minimum 10 years of total banking experience with at least 3 years of experience in the capacity of Branch Manager/Assistant Provincial Manager and/or Provincial Manager
Expert knowledge of sales and sales strategies, including business development and networking
Proven leadership abilities and employee management skills
Well-developed analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
Ability to engage in negotiation and conflict resolution by employing tact and diplomacy.
