Candidates meeting the above requirements may apply with their certificates, curriculum vitae, recent passport-sized photographs, and a covering letter along with application form which can be obtained from the office of PAHS or downloaded from the PAHS website (www.pahs.edu.np) and Bank voucher of stated application fee in the name of PAHS account number 00181040000455 of Laxmi bank limited. It is required to present original certificates during the time of the exam. The last date for application submission is no later than 31st August 2021 to the following address. The date and time of the exam will be announced later at least 7 days in advance.
