Global School of Science jointly with Global College of Management announces vacancy in the departments for designations as follows.

Program Coordinator for Global College of Management - 1 (One)

• Minimum Eligibility:
• Master's Degree Preferably M Phil in Management Outstanding credential records from secondary to the highest degree of qualification
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a reputed institution Proven skills and competencies in student counseling and parent relations,
• Track record in the job of coordination concomitantly with the management of the academic programs
• Ability to manage the programs efficiently and with effectiveness with special acumen to handle work pressure
• Proficient in English Communication (written and oral).
• Key Responsibilities:
• Track record in the job of coordination concomitant-ly with an ability to manage the academic programs efficiently and effectively along with having special acumen to handle work pressure 
• Handling overall academic. administrative and operational components of program management Coordinating with the students, parents, and faculty on the matters of daily class teaching-learning, student discipline, examinations and assessment, and managing co-curricular and extracurricular activities as per the academic calendar of the college.

Program Officer - 2 (Two)

• Minimum Eligibility:
• Bachelor (preferably master's degree) in science with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Sound knowledge and skill in administration, operation, and promotion support
• Key Responsibilities:
• Handling technical and secretarial duties and responsibilities related to the administration and management of respective programs.

Discipline In-charge - 2 (Two)

• Minimum Eligibility:
• Bachelor in any discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Sound knowledge and skills in a positive approach to managing student behavior
• Key Responsibilities:
• Students counseling, facilitation, and controlling students disciplinary matters inside and beyond the college premises
• Handling sports and extracurricular activities on a regular basis
• Assisting the program management office and faculty in keeping with  students behavior

Counselor (female) - 1 (One)

• Minimum Eligibility:
• Bachelor (preferably master) degree in Psychology and Counseling Minimum 3 years of exponent in the relevant field.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Regular academic counseling and guidance Regular tracking and corrective training to students who fall in the psychologically sensitive category

Front Desk - 2 (Two)

• Minimum Eligibility:
• Bachelor preferably master's degree with advanced training in a discipline related to communication subject
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field Proficient in English Communication (written and oral)
• Key Responsibilities:
• Handling internal and external communications on academic, administrative, and operational matters of the program and college

Library Officer - 2 (Two)

• Minimum Eligibility:
• Bachelor preferably master's degree in the library management discipline
• Minimum 3 years of exponent* in the relevant field
• Key Responsibilities:
• Handling on daily basis all tasks of library management including operation of e-library systems and services

Accountant - 2 (Two)

• Minimum Eligibility:
• Master's degree in management with a major in accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Key Responsibilities:
• Handling revenue and expenses accounting and management
• Planning and budgeting the revenues and expenses for the overall management of program or college

Lab Assistant (Physic -1,  Botany -1, Zoology-1, Chemistry -1) - 4 (Four)

• Minimum Eligibility:
• 10+2 or grade 12 passed preferably bachelor in the respective subject
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Key Responsibilities:
• Complete technical assistance to the students and faculty in practical sessions or experiments in the lab Regular maintenance and management of lab equipment and tools

Computer and communication skills. proven level of professional competence, dedication and result orientation in accomplishing the assigned duties and responsibilities with accountability are the prerequisites for all positions.
