Vacancy Details: Chief Compliance and Risk Officer (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/ Manager)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.
  • Experience: Minimum three years' experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in similar post.
  • Job Description:
    • Implement risk management methodologies for lending and operational risk in the finance. Ensure the organization's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations and strategic objective of the finance. Due analysis of credit files, risk grading and forwarding for approval. Responsible for minimizing NPL by smart evaluation of credit files during approval process. Responsible to maintain overall compliance as per prevailing laws, NRB directives, etc.

Vacancy Details: Head-Operation (Officer)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics. Age Limit     : Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
  • Experience: Minimum two years' experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in similar post.
  • Job Description:
    • Must be responsible for handling Banking Operation, general administration, central operation and central clearing and procurement as per policy.

Vacancy Details: Head- Deposit Marketing (Officer)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics. Age : Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
  • Experience: Minimum two years' experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in similar post.
  • Job Description: 
    • Analyze potential deposit market to increase the deposit level and clientele base. Maintain healthy relationship with customers to secure future transaction with them. Responsible for Deposit growth target of Finance. Analyze market and keep track of competitor's offerings for preparing strategies to grasp competitive advantage and prepare suitable marketing strategies on a regular basis.

Vacancy Details: Information Technology (Assistant/ Supervisor)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Information Technology from recognized university
  • Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year's experiences in PUMORI software. Experience in NRB Licensed BFI in highly emphasized. 
  • Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions. Job Description: Must have familiar with SQL language. Knowledge to handle card center, remittance, Mobile banking, IPS, SMS banking etc.

Vacancy Details: Junior Assistant/ Assistant

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics. 
  • Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.

  • Job Description:
    • This job is under contract and incentive basis. Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service. Able to adjust and adapt in new environment. Responsible for deposit marketing. Achieve targeted number of account opening, collect deposit and engage in marketing activities.

Job Specifications for all the above vacant post:

  • Preference shall be given to those candidates having similar banking experience.
  • Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
  • Good typing skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office products and good knowledge on Banking Software.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
  • Having valid two wheelers driving license.
