Work Station: Doha Qatar, under this agency's management & control 

• Business Development Manager (Male)
• Required No: 4 (Driving License Required)
• Business Development Manager (Female)
• Required No: 3

Remuneration Package: Based on Mutual Agreement (QR 4000 to QR 6000 per month)

Inclusive: Free Vehicle Facility, Free Accommodation (or Allowance for Accommodation provided)

Selection Criteria:

• Age 25 to 40 Years old & Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Foreign Employment Field (Recruitment Agency)
• Proficiency in speaking, writing, reading, and typing in the English Language is must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing strategies and setting targets in order to maximize the organization's recruitment targets keeping in mind client loyalty.
• Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing strategies to build and maintain the organization's policies of marketing & sales expansion by maintaining the reputation with its customers/client companies and with other stakeholders.
• Timely reporting business performance report to the company management.
