Job Vacancy for Various Positions

Nepal CRS Company (Nepal CRS) is a not-for-profit company engaged in social marketing of family planning, maternal-child health, and other health products in Nepal to improve the national health status by changing behavior and increasing access to health products and services. Nepal CRS is looking for the following position for its anticipated project on MOMENTUM Private Healthcare Delivery (MPHD) Nepal.

The MPHD Nepal project goal is to start a successful business model for the private sector to provide quality FP services to adolescents and others in Nepal. MIIPD/Nepal will focus interventions on selected clusters of municipalities in Province 2 and Karnali Province.

All jobs are on the fixed-term contract of one year with the possibility of renewal based on performance and availability of funding.

1. Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation (RME) Manager

• Required No.: 1 (One)
• Duty Station: Kathmandu based with frequent travel to project areas
• Min Qualification and Experience: Master's Degree in Public Health or Equivalent from a recognized university with three years of experience in Research and M&E.
• Preferred/Additional Qualification: Master's Degree in Public/ Reproductive Health /qualification in statistical analysis.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer

• Required No.: 1 (One)
• Duty Station: Kathmandu based with extensive travel to project areas
• Min Qualification and Experience: At least Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or Equivalent from a recognized university with two years of experience in Research and M&E.
• Preferred/Additional Experience: Experience in implementing and overseeing data collection activities and the monitoring process of a project.

3. Program Coordinator (pc)

• Required No.: 3 (Three)
• Duty Station: Province 2 and Karnali Province
• Min Qualification and Experience: At least Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or Equivalent from a recognized university with two years of experience in clinical practice or public health-related program management.
• Preferred/Additional Qualification: Bachelor's in Social Science/ Management Experience in leading project implementation in coordination with Provincial Health Directorate, health Office, Palikas. Qualified applicants from the intervention area will be given preference. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

4. Quality Assurance Officer (QAO)

• Required No.: 7 (Seven)
• Duty Station: Province 2 and Karnali Province 
• Min Qualification and Experience: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health (BPH)/ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institute with 1-2 years of experience in Family Planning / Reproductive Health.
• Preferred / Additional Qualification & Experience:
• Ed in Health with paramedical background (HA/ Staff Nurse).
• Prior experiences in a similar field will be an additional advantage.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Local residents of the intervention area will be given preference.

5. Communication Officer

• Required No.: 1 (One)
• Duty Station: Kathmandu based with frequent travel to project areas
• Min Qualification and Experience: At least Bachelor's Degree in media and communication, journalism, or relevant field with two years of experience in social communication/media field.
• Preferred/Additional Experience:  Experience in designing publication materials and use of infographics and experience working with a donor-funded organization in the communication field.
