Meroshare is an application developed by CDSC for providing the services that are offered by CDSC to the investors in the Nepalese Capital Market. 

A DEMAT account is an account to hold financial securities in electronic form. A DEMAT account allows investors to hold their shares in an electronic form. It is a replacement for holding and trading in physical share certificates, which involved a lot of paperwork.

You can renew your Meroshare and DEMAT account by Physically Deposit Amount into the Bank or Broker Office as well as you can online renew your Meroshare & DEMAT Account using Digital Payment System of Nepal.

How to Renew your Meroshare and DEMAT Account (Using Digital Payment):

Step 1: At First Login with your Meroshare Account (Click Here).

Step 2: Login with your user credentials (Depository Participants, Username & Password).

Setp 3: After Login with user credentials, Meroshare Dashboard Panel Open.  Now Click on Mero Share Profile on the Top Right Side.

Step 4: After Clicking on Mero Share Profile, User Profile Panel Open. Now Click on Renew Account button on the Bottom Side as Highlighted in the picture below.

Step 5: After Clicking on Renew Account, Payment Panel Open. Now you can see 3 Different Payment Partner (eSewa, Khalti, Prabhu Pay, IME Pay and ConnectIPS) option to pay online. No Extra Charges will be taken while paying online. Regular Charge Rs 50 Per Year for Meroshare Account and Rs 100 Per Year for DEMAT Account Renew Charges.

Step 6: Now Choose One of the Payment Method from the Given Payment Partners in your Account shown in Payment Panel.

Step 7: After choosing the Payment Method it shows the renew payment panel where you can see the payment option to renew Both Meroshare and DEMAT Account, Meroshare Account Only and DEMAT Account only. You can renew Meroshare Account for minimum 1 year and Maximum for 5 year where as you can Renew DEMAT account for minimum 1 year and Maximum for 20 year.

Step 8: Select all your requirements and then click on Proceed Button.

Step 9: Now it will redirect you to the payment partner portal (eSewa, Khalti, Prabhu Pay, IME Pay and ConnectIPS).

Step A: Now input your eSewa credentials (Username and Password) and click on Login.

Step B: Now Click on Continue Payment Button.

Step C: Now at Last for Payment click on Confirm Button.

Step 10: Payment Method Khalti:

Step A: Now Click on Pay. Then it Display the Khalti Wallet Payment dialog Box.

Step B: Now input your Khalti credentials (Username and Pin) and click on Pay.

Step C: If you have required amount in your Khalti wallet then it send you a confirmation code in your registered number. Input the code and again click on Pay.

Setp A: Login with you ConnectIPS credentials (Username and Password).

Step B: Choose your Debit Account for Payment and then click on Submit.

Step C: Input the Transaction Pin and OTP and then Submit.


Step 11: After Confirm of Payment it will redirect to the MeroShare account with Payment Successful Invoice PDF File.
