Branch Managers (Supervisor to Assistant Manager)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Having Master’s Degree for Assistant Manager and Bachelor’s Degree for Supervisor to Senior Officer in Business Administration, Finance/Economics or any stream of management or equivalent from recognized University and having at least 5 years of working experience for Assistant Manager and at least 2 years of working experience for Supervisor to Senior Officer in Bank and Financial Institution in supervisory role.
Should be skillful in business growth, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
Having experience in credit administration, branch operation & marketing.

Relationship Managers (Assistant to Officer):

Qualifications & Requirements:

Having at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Economics or any stream of management or equivalent from recognized University.
Having at least 1 year of working experience for Assistant level and at least 2 Years of working experience for Officer level in any Banks, Financial Institutions and other organized sector or CA, ACCA and Semi qualified CA.
Priority will be given for candidates having working experience in related department.
