Branch Managers (Supervisor to Assistant Manager)

• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Having Master’s Degree for Assistant Manager and Bachelor’s Degree for Supervisor to Senior Officer in Business Administration, Finance/Economics or any stream of management or equivalent from recognized University and having at least 5 years of working experience for Assistant Manager and at least 2 years of working experience for Supervisor to Senior Officer in Bank and Financial Institution in supervisory role.
• Should be skillful in business growth, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
• Having experience in credit administration, branch operation & marketing.

Relationship Managers (Assistant to Officer):

• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Having at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Economics or any stream of management or equivalent from recognized University.
• Having at least 1 year of working experience for Assistant level and at least 2 Years of working experience for Officer level in any Banks, Financial Institutions and other organized sector or CA, ACCA and Semi qualified CA.
• Priority will be given for candidates having working experience in related department.
