Vacancy Details: Deputy Chief Manager (Deputy Chief Executive Officer - DCEO)

• Level: Eighth Level
• Number: 1 (One)
• Qualification and age:
• Bachelor's degree in management or economics and having 5 years experience in credit management/accounting management / public administration in banks and financial institutions, cooperatives, and public institutions or passing master's degree in management or economics. At least 2 years experience

Things to Remember:

Able to operate accounting software by receiving advanced training related to computers.

To be able to drive at least 2 wheeler driver's license.

Completed 25 years of age and not exceeding 40 years but not exceeding 50 years in case of working and retirement.

Special Acceptance: Worked as the Head of Management / Deputy Head of Management of the Financial Cooperatives affiliated to the stratification program such as Access, Probation, Curves.

Service facility: Monthly Salary Scale: Rs. 42,380, allowance Rs. 15,000 and bonus, insurance, and other facilities will be as per the rules of the organization.

Selection Procedure:

• Written examination, experimental, business action plan formulation and presentation, oral interview, or any of the prescribed.
• A shortlist will be selected from the applicants who apply within the specified date.
• Only successful applicants who have obtained the prescribed minimum marks and passed the written examination will be allowed to participate in other selection processes.
• Application Fee: Candidates who are shortlisted will have to pay Rs. 1,500 (one thousand five hundred rupees) as application fee.

Vacancy Details: Market Catalyst

• Level: Second Level
• Number: 3 (Three) (Kathmandu-1, Banepa-1, and others-1)
• Qualification and age
• Passed at least Secondary Education Examination (SLC / SEE) or similar

Things to Remember:

To be able to work on the computer after getting basic training related to computer

To be able to drive at least 2 wheeler driver's license.

At least 16 years of age and under 35 years of age

Special Priority: Passed 10 + 2 and gained experience working in cooperatives.

Service facility: Monthly salary scale and other service facilities will be as per the rules of the organization.

Selection Process:

• Written examination, oral interview, or any of the prescribed.
• Shortlist will be selected from the applicants who apply within the specified date.
• Only the successful applicants who have obtained the prescribed minimum marks and passed the written examination will be allowed to participate in the other selection process.
