Syllabus of Lumbini Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog Forest Guard (Ban Rakshak)


As demanded by the letter of the Province Government (Council of Ministers), the posts of Nepal Forest Service, General Forestry Group, Layered, Forest Guard under the State Civil Service have to be filled through open and inclusive competitive examination as per the prevailing law; Applications are invited from the following qualified candidates. Candidates who have reached the minimum qualification can apply through the Commission's electronic application system https://ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np.

The schedule of physical fitness examination of the advertised posts will be published through the website of the Commission after the entire application is approved.

Types of exams: - Physical fitness test, written and interview.

Examination Center - Butwal.

Method of examination: - The medium of examination (language) can be Nepali or English or both Nepali and English.

Application Fee: - The application fee for each advertisement is Rs. 200.- (two hundred) will have to be submitted. In case of candidates applying for additional advertisements on behalf of the inclusive group, an additional Rs. 100.- (One hundred) additional fee will have to be paid.

Application Fee Submission Period: - The application fee must be submitted and uploaded within the time specified by the bank.

Method of application: - Applications can be submitted through the Commission's electronic application system https://ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np. Candidates submitting an electronic application should fill in all the required details such as their citizenship, minimum educational qualification certificate required for the post to be applied, inclusive details in case of candidates applying in the inclusive group, recent passport size photograph, signature, and fee paid bank voucher Write the ID number and upload it in JPG / PDF format at the specified place. Candidates should ensure that their personal details are correct while filling the electronic application. Candidates must mention their own mobile number and email address while filling in the details.

Deadline for application: - By 2078-05-17 and with paying double fee till 2078-05-24.

Age limit of the candidate: - In the case of male candidates, the age of 18 years should be completed by 2078-05-17 and not exceeding 35 years and in the case of female and disabled candidates not exceeding 40 years.

Exam program before the interview and date of the interview: - The result of the written exam will be informed when it is published.

Details of work to be done in the post (Job Description): - Service, group related as prescribed by the Province Government.

Minimum qualifications required: Not disqualified as per Section 10 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS. Special instructions for candidates applying for inclusive group advertisements:

Candidates who want to apply for the posts in the inclusive group will have to prepare the following documents at the time of application.

(A) In the case of Adivasi Janajati, on the basis of the same list in the case of castes listed in the Nepal Adivasi Janajati Utthan Rashtriya Pratisthan Act, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the Nepal Adivasi Janajati Utthan Rashtriya Pratisthan Act, the document certified by the Chief District Officer.

(B) In the case of Dalits, on the basis of the same list in the case of castes listed by the National Dalit Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, a document certified by the Chief District Officer as a surname within the listed caste.

(C) Disability identity card issued by the official body in case of disability.

(D) In ​​the case of Madhesis, the Government of Nepal has published a notice in the Nepal Gazette certifying it as Madhesi from the specified institution or a document certified as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer.

(E) In the case of backward areas, mentioning the permanent residency in the district mentioned in the explanation mentioned in clause (1) of sub-section (7) of section 7 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS and the certificate of citizenship obtained from the concerned district Certified documents based on the recommendation of residency 3 months before the day of filling the application form and if married or relocated, a marriage registration certificate in case of marriage and open document of relocation of local level/body in case of relocation.

Note:

(A) The deadline of the double fee shall not be calculated for the purpose of age, educational qualification, experience, duration, and other qualifications.

(B) An application that has not been submitted within the limits prescribed by the Commission or has not met the minimum qualifications or has not disclosed other specified details or has not paid the prescribed fee shall not be accepted.

(C) In case of written examination, the candidate seeking assistant writer should contact the office of the Commission at least 7 (seven) days before the commencement of the written examination. Otherwise, the Commission will not be obliged to provide a supportive author.

(D) Before passing the written test, the candidate who has passed the written test must submit the certificate of educational qualification, citizenship certificate, inclusive and open documents along with the original documents, and 1-1 copy of the same must be certified by the candidate himself.

(E) In the written examination, the examinees must use only black ink, otherwise the answer sheet will be canceled.

(F) The curriculum can be obtained from the Commission's website www.ppsc.lumbini.gov.np.

(G) The health-related criteria prepared by the Commission in special cases of infection will be adopted in order to conduct the competitive examination conducted by the Commission in a systematic and effective manner keeping in view the health risks arising from COVID-19 infectious diseases.
