Things to Remember:

Officer: (Branch Manager/ Assistant Relationship Manager/Operation In-charge)

• Minimum Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized University. Preference shall be given to management graduates.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in credit/sales, operations, and overall banking knowledge in Banks and Financial institutions
• Age not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female as of 9th August 2021
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English

Junior Officer: ( Branch Manager/ Assistant Relationship Manager/ Operation In-charge)

• Minimum Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized University. Preference shall be given to management graduates.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in credit/sales and overall banking knowledge in Banks and Financial institutions
• Age not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female as of 9th August 2021

• Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in the credit/sales/operation and overall banking knowledge in Banks and Financial Institutions
• Age not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female as of 9th August 2021
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English

Assistant: (Credit/Operation)

• Minimum Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from recognized University
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the credit/sales/operation and overall banking knowledge in Banks and Financial Institutions
• Age not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female as of 9th August 2021
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English

Management Trainee:

• Minimum Requirement:
• Minimum Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Business Studies/Economics or equivalent Degree with minimum 15t division marks from recognized University
• Age not exceeding 30 years in case of male and 35 years in case of female as of 9th August 2021
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.

Teller/CSD Staff (Job Grade: Junior Assistant Trainee)

• Minimum Requirement:
• Minimum +2 in management or equivalent degree with minimum 2nd division from a recognized University/Institutions.
• Age not exceeding 25 years in case of male and 30 years in case of female as of 9th August, 2021.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English
• Computer skill in MS Office Applications
