1. Creative Director -1
  • Is responsible for leading the creative process, streamlining creative ideas, helping to drive pitch strategy, adding valuable insight to strategic concepts, and overseeing the overall creative process. He/she should have stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving, project management skills and should inspire creativity.

2. Strategic Planner -1
  • Is responsible for identifying the long and short-term goals of the company and develop strategies to accomplish these goals. He/she should research industry trends, prepare strategic ideas and present them to the client along with the creative ideas.

3. Brand Development Manager - 2
  • Is responsible for monitoring trends in the market and among customers, overseeing marketing or advertising projects to make campaign messaging fit within the company's brand. He/she should be able to develop marketing strategies to target customers, predicting customer behavior, and conducting surveys to research new strategies.

4. Business Development Manager - 2
  • Is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing the overall business development strategy, determining key business development KPIs, building strong relationships with clients, and managing & training the business development team. He/she should be able to build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors, and other personnel.

5. Client Service Manager - 3
  • Is responsible for being in touch with clients to identify their needs and then facilitate the process to meet the needs and requirements. He/she should be able to lead a team of Client Service Executives as well as develop and implement client service strategies.

6. TV Media Marketing Manager - 3
  • Is responsible for negotiating best market terms for media space/air-time and agency services. He/she should be able to negotiate, develop and buy the media space and properties from various media stations and sell it to the client ensuring the best rate.

7. Research Manager -1
  • Is responsible for implementing the most appropriate research methodology & techniques and designing qualitative & quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle. He/she should be able to interpret data, write reports and make actionable recommendations.

8. PR Manager - 2
  • Is responsible for developing media relation strategies, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast & online media, and coordinate all public relations activities. He/she will be responsible to leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within the industry.

9. BTL Media Manager - 2
  • Is responsible for planning & managing ground activations and promotions. He/she should understand marketing a commercial sectors' goals as well as challenges in order to translate these into relevant action plans and execute them.

10. Traditional Media Strategist -1
  • Is responsible for developing innovative and effective media strategies and media plans for brands using all available properties across all ATL media platforms. He/she should prepare media strategy plans and present them to the clients.

11. Digital Media Strategist - 2
  • Is responsible for setting digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools to keep up-to-date with our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns. He/she should analyze web traffic metrics and monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.

12. Digital Media Executive - 3
  • Is responsible for implementing the overall digital marketing strategy prepared by Digital Marketing Strategist. He/she should have good knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)

13. Data Analyst - 3
  • Is responsible for designing and maintaining data systems and databases, mining data from primary and secondary sources, then using statistical tools to interpret data sets. He/she should pay particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts and prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

14. Art Director - 2
  • Is responsible for determining the best way to represent a concept visually and develop the overall look or style of the campaign, produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas.

15. Copywriter Nepali/English - 2
  • Is responsible for writing clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice, interpreting briefs to understand project requirements, editing, and proofreading copy as needed. He/she should also assist in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create content.

15. Graphic Designer - 3
  • Is responsible for conceptualizing visuals based on requirements and create designs and layouts using his/her skills of various industry-standard graphic design software.

16. Motion Graphic Designer/Editor - 2
  • Is responsible for working with art and creative teams to animate video, color grade, and basic sound design. He/she should also be efficient in editing video footage and adding effects or elements to enhance motion graphics.

17. Sound Designer -1
  • Is responsible for creating background score, jingle composition, effects, and textures that work with the campaign, as well as editing and remixing music with various audio tools.

18. Content Writer - 2
  • Is responsible for writing clear marketing copy to promote products and services, proofreading and editing posts before publication, researching multiple industry-related topics, and writing a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.

19. Front Desk Executive - 2
  • Is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, answering questions and addressing complaints answering all incoming calls and redirecting them, or keeping messages. He/she should monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary and maintain updated records and files.
