Written Exam Notice & Exam Syllabus

Today Nepal Bangladesh Bank Published the Written Exam Notice for the Shortlist Candidate and the written Exam Syllabus.

Exam Routine and Center:

  • Rescheduled Exam Date : Ashwin 09, 2078 (September 25, 2021)
  • Venue : Pashupati Multiple Campus, Chabahil, Kathmandu
  • Time : 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM

The candidate who has been shortlisted for the post of Trainee Assistant exam and have not collected Admit Card till date are advised to collect their admit card on Ashwin 1, 2078 and Ashwin 4, 2078 only from Human Resource Department, Head Office, Kamaladi against the deposit of Rs. 200.00 in A/C No. 9999600100111 as examination fee and have to submit their 2 copies of recent passport size photograph, copies of testimonials and copy of Citizenship Certificate at the time of collecting admit card.

No candidates will be allowed to appear in the written examination without producing the Admission Card.

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Written Exam Syllabus:

Trainee Assistant:

The shortlisted candidates for the post of Trainee Assistant shall have to appear in the written examination as decided by the Management of the Bank. The duration of the examination will be 1 hour 30 minutes. The written examination will cover the following areas:
  • Current affairs both at the national and international
  • Banking Principles, Practices and Regulations
  • Accounting Principles and Procedures
  • Functions of Nepal Rastra Bank
  • Functions & Role of Commercial Bank
  • Basic Mathematics
  • Importance of Customer Relationship And Marketing
  • Computer Applications
  • Aptitude Test & IQ
  • English Language

The full marks of the written examination will carry 100 marks which is distributed as follows:
  • Objective Question without option 30 Question bearing 1.5 mark each
  • Objective Question with option 25 Question bearing 1markeach 45minutes
  • Essay/Comprehensive Writing 30 marks
