Minimum Qualification: Graduated from a recognized educational institution in the Faculty of Management, or equivalent; 21 years of age and not exceeding 40 years of age, knowledge of microfinance programs and willing to work, good computer knowledge.

Having passed at least a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Faculty of Management and at least 4 years of work experience in accounting in banks and financial institutions, or,
Passed post-graduate level in accounting from the Faculty of Management and gained 2 years of working experience in accounting in banks and financial institutions.
21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years.
Good knowledge of computer, net, internet and desire to work.
Good knowledge of financial management, planning, and reporting.
