Interested Nepali citizens who have passed MBBS and are not licensed by Nepal Medical Council in case of men not exceeding 40 years of age and in case of women not exceeding 45 years of age should submit their account no. 00200553650018 for examination fee Rs. 2,000 (two thousand) deposited. This notice has been published to fill the application form along with the original bank voucher. No action will be taken on the application forms received before the due date.

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
• Copy of registration registered with Nepal Medical Council.
• A copy of the certificate of equivalence of educational qualification for those who have studied abroad.
