Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Bhirkot Municipality-1, Bayarghari Syangja with ten district working areas licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as “D” class for central and branch office; Due to the need for hardworking, honest, experienced and committed employees to work in rural areas. Vacancy Details: Manager - (Managerial Level)

Eligibility Criteria: Having passed Master level or equivalent, and at least 5 years working experience in the nearest lower position of Bank and Financial Institution, or 7 years at Officer level; Or Bachelor or equivalent and must have at least 7 years of work experience in the nearest lower post.

Vacancy Details: Officer / Senior Officer (Department Head / Monitoring Officer) - Officer Level

Eligibility Criteria:

Senior Officer: Bachelor or equivalent and at least 3 years in the nearest lower position of the bank and financial institution or proficiency certificate and similar at least 5 years or at least 7 years senior assistant or branch head working experience in the nearest lower position. Special priority will be given to those who have worked as department heads or monitoring officers.

Junior Officer: Must have passed Bachelor or equivalent and have at least 3 years work experience in the nearest lower post of bank and financial institution or at least 5 years senior professional or branch head in the nearest lower post having passed proficiency certificate level. Special priority will be given to those who have worked as department heads or monitoring officers.

Vacancy Details: Senior Assistant / Assistant (Information Technology) - Assistant Level

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor or equivalent and 1 year work experience in banking software or proficiency certificate level. Must have at least 2 years work experience in related field with knowledge of computer hardware and software, office package, email, internet website design.

Eligibility Criteria:

Senior Assistant: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years working experience in the nearest lower position of a bank or financial institution; Or have passed proficiency certificate level and should have at least 3 years work experience and good knowledge of computer in the nearest lower post. Special priority will be given to those who work under the responsibility of branch head.

Assistant: Must have passed Proficiency Certificate level and have at least 3 years work experience and good computer knowledge in the nearest lower position of Bank and Financial Institution. Special priority will be given to those who work under the responsibility of branch head.

Vacancy Details: Junior Assistant - Assistant Level

Eligibility Criteria: Must have passed SLC or equivalent or have obtained D Plus grade (minimum 1.60 GPA) in SEE exam, have completed at least 1 year work experience or training period in MFI and have good computer knowledge. Must also be willing to work in rural areas.

Type of appointment: It will be of permanent type, all the posts will have a probationary period of one year. Permanent appointment will be given only if the performance is satisfactory during that period. The service facility will be in accordance with the staff service regulations of the financial institution.

1) Type of Examination: Advertisement No. 01, 02, 03 and 04 Interview and in case of Advertisement No. 05 there will be interview / field retention or both. Special priority will be given to those who have driver's license for all the posts.

2) Age Limit: For Advertisement No. 01, 21 years of age and not exceeding 45 years till the last day of application, For Advertisement No. 02, 21 years of age and not exceeding 40 years of age and not exceeding 40 years and for Advertisement Nos. 03, 04 and 05 Must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years. (The upper age limit for female applicants will be an additional five years.)
