Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited, one of the leading National Level Development Banks, seeks application from highly motivated, skilled, dynamic, and result-oriented qualified Nepalese citizens for various job positions at Head Office, Nepalgunj Region, Kathmandu Region, and Branches.

Operation Back Office: Assistant to Officer (Head Office Operation Department):

• Candidates must have sound exposure in the area of Operation, especially in the operation back office.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in BFIs.

Credit Risk Department: Assistant to Officer (Head office/Kathmandu/Nepalgunj):

• At least Bachelor's degree in Management/economics or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years of banking experience in internal audit/credit/operation/ compliance/risk department or in audit firm having experience in bank audit.
• Experience of 2 years may not be mandatory for Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Branch Manager: Supervisor to Officer (Taulihawa/Kawaswoti Branch):

• Candidates must have sound exposure in the area of Credit, Operations, and Branch management.
• Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in BF's.

Relationship Officer: Assistant to Junior Officer (Taulihawa/Kawaswoti / HO-Corporate Credit/SME Credit):

Operation In-Charge: Assistant to Supervisor (Taulihawa /Kawaswoti Branch)Candidates applying for the position must have sound knowledge of credit business.

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the credit business in Ms.
• Candidates applying for the position must have sound knowledge of branch operation.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in operations at BFls.

Note: Candidates applying for all positions under the above must have:

Completed minimum of Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Management/Economics or as specified in respective vacancy above.

Been working at the same or one level below (minimum 1-year experience in one position below) then the position they are applying for.

Working knowledge of MS Office applications and fluent in English and Nepali.

Age not exceed 35 years as of Mangshir 2, 2078.

Selection Criteria: Shortlisting and Interview.

Trainee Assistant : Taulihawa Kawaswoti Branch :

• Candidates applying for the position must have completed at least Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in management or economics.
• Age must not exceed 25 years as of Mangshir 2, 2078.
• While shortlisting preference will be given to candidates from the local area (same district).
• Selection criteria: Shortlisting, written examination, and interview.
