Since the following administrative posts for various bodies under Rajarshijanak University have to be filled permanently through open / inclusive competition; Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to come to Rajarshijan University Service Commission Office, Ramananda Chowk, Janakpurdham within 2 pm on 2078-10-09 (by paying double fee till 2 pm).

Application Form Rs. 500) - Payment will be received. No action will be taken on the applications which have been received late and have not reached the formalities. Along with the application form, Rastriya Banijya Bank, Pidarichowk, Janakpurdham, Rajarshijanak University Service Commission's Account No. 1420100002692001 should submit the original voucher and 2/2 certified copies of the following documents.

Certificate of Educational Qualification, Certified Copies of Lubbank Certificate (Temporary Certificate if Certificate Certificate is not received).
4 recent passport size photos.
Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
Applicants from Adivasi / Janajati, Madhesi, Dalit, Disabled and Backward Area groups will have to submit proofs obtained from the official body designated by the Government of Nepal.
In case of age:

For Official Level Positions: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years before the advertisement is published.
For posts below Assistant level: Must have completed 18 years of age and not exempt 40 years.

The age limit will not be applicable if the rehabilitated employees in commission, temporary or contract service in Rajarshijanak University Service want to participate in the open competition.
