Suryodaya Municipality Vacancy for HA, Nurse, Lab Technician, AHW and ANM:  For filling up the vacancies in the health institutions under Suryodaya Municipality as per the decision of Suryodaya Municipal Executive Committee dated 2078-08-28 for the following posts; Eligible Nepali citizens who are eligible to apply for this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first published information along with the required documents and receipt of payment of revenue have been published in this office.

Vacancy Details:

• Health Assistant (HA)
• Staff Nurse
• Lab Technician
• ANM
• AHW

Type of Selection: As per Procedure 2074 (with amendments) regarding contract staff management in Suryoday Municipality.

Age Limit:

• In case of men: 18 years and not exceeding 40 years;
• In case of women: 18 years and not exceeding 45 years.

Place of application - Suryodaya Municipality, Municipal Executive Office.

Last date for application - 2078-09-15 (If the last day is a public holiday, the application will be accepted till the day after that day).

Contact date - 2078-09-18

Exam date will be fixed on contact date.

Documents to be attached with the application: Copies of the following documents certified by the applicant himself:

• Citizenship
• Certificates of educational qualification
• Experience opening document
• 2 per passport size photo
• Marriage certificate if married woman

Other service facilities will be as mentioned in the contract agreement of Suryodaya Municipality

Application Fee - Receipt of revenue payment should also be submitted to the office of Suryaodaya Municipal Executive.
