Vacancy Details: Regional Head

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Institutions with a good understanding of Business, Operations, Finance, and other Support Functions.
Should be a team player with proven leadership experience in handling larger teams.
Should possess good decision making, negotiation, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Should possess adequate skills in business growth and promote service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation.
Should have the ability to take up new challenges and targets.

Vacancy Details: Branch Manager

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the area(s) of Credit Sales/Deposit Management, Trade with a good understanding of compliance & risk management practices.

Vacancy Details: Assistant Relationship Manager

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the area(s) of Credit Sales/Deposit Management, Trade Finance, and other Sales roles with a thorough understanding of compliance & risk management practices.

Vacancy Details: Legal Department

A minimum academic qualification of LLB with 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the Legal Department.
Should have good analytical and evaluative skills
Candidates having experience in handling legal cases with good communication, presentation, and Interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in BFIs Commercial or Development Banks in the General Service Department.

Age & Academic Qualification Criteria

Minimum of Master's Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Managerial Level.
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics for Assistant/Officer Level.
Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant Level, 35 years for Officer Level, 40 years for Managerial Level. Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from the shortlisted candidates.
