• Passed at least proficiency certificate level or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal,
• 18 years of age and not exceeding 45 years of age on the last date of application,
• At least 3 months training in basic computer skills,
• Place of application: Panchapuri Municipal Executive Office, Babiyachaur Surkhat.
