Pokhara Finance Limited: 7,77,740.23 units bonus shares of Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) have been listed in NEPSE. The 25th AGM of the company held on 30th Poush, 2078 endorsed an 8.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 498th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 01 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 96.31 crores. 8.075% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs 7.7 crores and 0.425% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 40.93 lakhs were proposed.
