Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Vacancy: Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Ltd., one of the leading National Level Development Banks guided by the vision of "Most Trusted Bank" having 103 branches across the Nation is seeking applications from highly motivated, energetic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens to work at different locations including Central Office for the following positions:

Vacancy Details: Department Head

• Qualification: Master's Degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2n0 Division or CGPA of 2.5 or above.
• Experience: Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Bank or Development Bank in the relevant field.

Vacancy Details: Deposit Relationship Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd Division or CGPA of 2.5 or above.
• Corporate Title: Officer / Junior Officer
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the Deposit marketing Area.
• Corporate Title : Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the Deposit marketing Area.

Job Specification (Department Head):

• Shall be responsible for the overall management/ supervision of the deposit marketing, and PR function of the Bank being familiar with the vision, mission, and objectives of the bank.
• Shall be responsible for overall business success assisting with high-level decisions by identifying the market risk and developing appropriate products.
• Shall keep high-level relationship with all customers/stakeholders by supervising & managing of Bank's resources.
• Overseeing financial reporting, supervising and training of staffs members, and supporting to CEO in increasing revenue by providing excellent service to the customers.

Job Specification (Deposit Relationship Manager):

• Must have a thorough knowledge of deposit marketing.
• Support branch for generating new business/relationship/product/strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Support Head of department to align plans and strategies with head office and branches of the region.

Age Criteria for the vacancies :

• Age not exceeding 40 years for Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager/ Manager as of 29 March 2022.
• Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer/Junior Officer/Supervisor /Senior Assistant & Assistant as of 29 March 2022.
