Must have a bachelor's degree in management and have 4 years working experience in the relevant department of the central office of the bank and financial institution.

Age limit: For Executive Level 21 years completed and not exceeding 45 years; 21 years of completion for official level and not exceeding 40 years; However, in case of female employees, the upper age limit will be increased by 5 years and the wage earners of the financial institution will not be subject to the mentioned age limit.
