Excel Development Bank Vacancy Announcement: Excel Development Bank Ltd., a well-established Province Level Development Bank, having its Head Office at Birtamode, Jhapa invites applications from committed, result-oriented, self-motivated, competent, and hardworking Nepalese citizens for the following positions for its Central Office and different Branches:

Vacancy Details:

Information Security Officer
Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Information Technology from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks or CGPA 2.50
Candidates should have experience in a related field.
Legal Officer

Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Law from a recognized University with 50% marks or CGPA 2.50
Two years of experience in Banks and Financial Institution in the related field /department.

Branch Manager (Officer Level)

Master's degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks or CGPA 2.50
At least one year of experience in Banks and Financial Institutions as a branch manager.

Relationship Manager (Assistant to Senior Assistant)

Bachelor's degree in management from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks or CGPA 2.50
At least one year of experience in Banks and Financial Institutions the Credit-related jobs/ department.

Trainee Assistant

Bachelor's degree in management from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks or CGPA 2.50

Required Age:

Candidates applying for the position as mentioned in Serial No. A, B, C & D must have completed 21 years as on last date to apply of this vacancy. Candidates applying for the position as mentioned in Serial No. E should not exceed 28 years as on the last date to apply for this vacancy.

Additional Information:

For the position as mentioned in Serial No. A: candidates having at least one year of experience in a related field in Bank & Financial institution shall be preferred.
For the position as mentioned in Serial No. B: candidates must be well versed in national and international laws, rules, and regulations governing the banking activities. Candidates are expected to be highly proficient in every legal aspect arising in Banking Industry and should be able to advise top executives accordingly. Preference will be given to those candidates having LLM with a specialization in commercial law.
Candidates applying for the position of Branch Manager must have sound knowledge of Credit & Branch Operations with Deposit & Credit Marketing. The candidates should have the capacity to lead the overall business and profitability of the branch. The candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Candidates applying for the position of Relationship Manager should have prior work experience in Corporate/SME Credit. The candidates are expected to possess strong—will power, a can-do attitude, and dynamic sales sprits and shall be responsible for robust business relationship sourcing and management.
For deserving internal candidates applying for the position specified in Serial No. E, only Bachelor's degree will suffice.
