NIC Asia Laghubitta Vacancy Announcement: NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a reputed subsidiary of NIC Asia Bank Limited and is a reputed National Microfinance Institution with a “D” category license from Nepal Rastra Bank.

Vacancy Details:

Assistant Manager

Passed Chartered Accountancy (CA, ACCA, CPA) from recognized National and International Institute of Chartered Accountants and has at least 1-year work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions approved by Nepal Rastra Bank.

Deputy Manager:

Passed Chartered Accountancy (CA, ACCA, CPA) from recognized National and International Institute of Chartered Accountants and at least 2 years of working experience in Banks and Financial Institutions approved by Nepal Rastra Bank.

Manager:

Passed Chartered Accountancy (CA, ACCA, CPA) from recognized National and International Institute of Chartered Accountants and has at least 3 years of working experience in Banks and Financial Institutions approved by Nepal Rastra Bank.

Senior Manager:

Passed Chartered Accountancy (CA, ACCA, CPA) from recognized National and International Institute of Chartered Accountants and at least 5 years of work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions approved by Nepal Rastra Bank.

By expanding the largest branch network in the microfinance sector by conducting its microfinance program through 287 branch offices in 74 districts across the country, it has been making a significant contribution to providing financial services by operating branches in rural areas without financial access.

Since this financial institution is required to fill the following posts through open competition; Applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens who have reached the qualification to arrive at the specified address within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.

Special preference will be given to those with experience in the field of microfinance.

Age limit: 21 years and not exceeding 40 years till the date of application.

Exam type: Initially, the shortlist will be selected through interviews.

Out of the duly received applications, only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. All rights and decisions regarding staff selection will be vested in the financial institution. The MFI may reject some or all of the applications without giving any reason.
