Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to issue shares 389,000 until IPO Share. The company has submitted application to Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Falgun 14, 2077 BS for the Inital Public Offering (IPO). The par value of each share is Rs 100. Hence, the total public issue amounts to Rs 3.89 crores. NMB Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager for the IPO.

Manakamana Smart Laghubitta is a ‘D’ class microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. It started its operation from Falgun 6, 2074 BS. The head office is located at Siddharthanagar-5, Rupandehi.

Manakamana Laghubitta, Rupandehi successfully merged with Smart Laghubitta, Dang to form ‘Manakamana Smart Laghubitta.

The company has a working area of 10 districts- Rupandehi, Kapilbastu, Rolpa, Pyuthan, Arghakhanchi, Gulmi, Parbat, Palpa, Syanja and Tanahun district.

As of Poush end 2077 BS, Manakamana Smart Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 8.22 crores. It has floated Rs 85.71 crores as loans and advances.
