Vacancy Details: Head Strategic Support Unit

• Minimum of Master's Degree in Management/Economics or related field, Chartered Accountancy shall be an added advantage.
• Age Criteria: Not exceeding 35 years at the time of application deadline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Institution with good understanding of business processes strategy formulation as well as implementation.
• Experience to lead, guide, and integrate strategic planning processes and organizational goal development

Other Competencies:

• Proven experience and skill in examining and re-engineering operational procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of international banking business products and practices.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to provide direction and integrative coordination in planning, development, and implementation of strategy to achieve goals across with all functions of the Bank.
• Coordination skills with other functional heads for implementing strategic initiatives.

Scope:

• Formulation of specific Strategic Projects related to business, operations & control functions in coordination with the function heads.
• Implement approved strategies within the specific timeline agreed.
• Monitor such strategic projects so as to ensure timely completion.
• Review internal & external strategic premises & suggest the Bank to generate competitive edge as well as USP.
