Vacancy Details: Chief Operating Officer

• Minimum of Master's Degree in Management/Economics or related field, Chartered Accountancy shall be an added advantage.
• Age Criteria: Not exceeding 35 years at the time of application deadline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Institution with good understanding of operations finance and other support functions.
• Contributed in proves automation and digitization initiatives.
• Proven experience of formulating policy, procedures manuals, monitoring framework for streamlining Bank's Operation
• Proven leadership experience in handling larger teams.
• Should possess good interpersonal and mentoring skills

Other Competencies:

• Deep industry understanding.
• Strong Operational background.
• Ability to motivate & lead a fairly large team, coordinate internal & external resources & achieve KPIS.
• Good understanding of financial management including use of financial tools, grabbing of market opportunity.
• Good understanding of legal & regulatory framework in which a Bank operates.
• Strategic Orientation.

• Possess hunger for excellence.

Scope:

• Plan, direct & control Bank's operations and finance.
• Ensure seamless operations, build a robust First line of defense by formulating policy/procedural guidelines and operational policies for internal control.
• Implement & monitor operational procedures as per monitoring framework.
• Design and implement continuous learning for the staffs.
• Assist the Bank in strategic and tactical decision making
