Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to issue ordinary shares (IPO). The company is going to issue a total of 60,000 units of ordinary shares (IPO) equal to Rs 6 million, which is 30 percent of its issued capital of Rs 20 million.

The company has appointed BOK Capital Limited as the issue and sale manager for the public issue of ordinary shares. In this regard, an agreement has been reached between the institution and Capital regarding the issue of shares. The agreement on the appointment of the Sales Manager has been signed by Chief Executive Officer Rajesh Sharma on behalf of the organization and Chief Executive Officer Kundan Sharma on behalf of BOK Capital.

BOK Capital Limited will also act as the share registrar of Adarsha Laghubitta. The third annual general meeting of the Adarsha Laghubitta held on July 15 has also passed a resolution to issue ordinary shares (IPO).
