NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is launching IPO issuance and sale from 11th Falgun 2078 (23rd February 2022). Laghubitta has issued 8 lakh 28 thousand 750 units of IPO worth Rs. 82.875 million.Out of the total 828,750 shares issued by NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta, 0.5 percent or 12,750 shares have been reserved for employees and 5 percent or 41,437 shares have been reserved for collective investment funds. The general public will be able to apply for the remaining 774,563 shares. Applications for the IPO can be submitted as early as Falgun 15 and as late as Falgun 25. Investors will be able to apply for a minimum of 10 units to 1000 units.
